| You know sometimes you have cravings for chocolate or pizza, I had a craving for xanga. Its been awhile, actually since May since I've posted anything but don't be afraid I've been quietly sailing through xanga all this time. Say what you will but I am addicted to Twitter & Facebook (please forgive my xanga).
Anyway- Sophomore at the University of Nebraska and I have mixed feelings about it. I'm so glad I've got that whole living with someone other than your family under my belt (which for the most part was hell). I didn't mesh well with my roommate, and to those who think that little survey for housing so that they can match you up easier...its a bunch of bull shit. But I can say with confidence that it was a learning experience and grew up more because of it. I'm majoring in Advertising & I hope to stick with it because I'd be good at it.
Even though the aspect of school is a bit daunting, with school comes fall (which is my favorite season!) because it includes my birthday (Oct. 3rd) and of course most of all-FOOTBALL! :) I look forward to this fall as I do every year.
Hope to write more in the near future. For now I bid you adieu.

| AHHH! I'm getting a new puppy!! Here are some pictures, she'll be coming home in 2 weeks. We're trying to pick a name (which might take 2 weeks to do). The family has to agree on one name together. I can't wait-I'm going to Boston June 2nd through the 5th and then I'll come home an d there she'll be! I can't wait!   | | |

| Its been awhile since I wrote to you xanga- About a week left of my firsrt year of college, have I gained more knowledge, sure I guess so both academic and social- I've learned whether or not I like someone or not that I need to learn more about them (case in point my roommate). And any advice I can give that you should take is that esepcially with living someone talk about stuff, and be direct beacuse dancing around a problem or being quiet doesn't solve anything. I'm still not a big fan of my roommate, but I managed way better this semester which made everything else run smoothly as it could. Now that I have about a week left (since I have to stay the entire week next week) boo. Which I will be without tv (since its my roomie's) and UNL has been lovely in using our new lounge as storage. (great) Thank goodness I'm from Lincoln-so I can go back home if I wanted to. But right now its a thursday night- and I have nothing to do. I've had my fill or packing and studying for today. I'll find something to do. I'm not big on parties-same shit, different day. I should write on my xanga more often...but I feel like no one reads there's anymore. I've got A.D.D. right now and can only make this entry short.....lol Its coming down to the wire and I can't take much more of it. | | |
